Smarter every day. It's a no-brainer.
Your team's AI shares what it learns, so no one pays to solve the same thing twice. We guarantee your AI bill comes out cheaper — or it's FREE. Most teams save 60–80%.
// no rip-and-replace · works with the AI tools you already pay for
Anyone can promise savings. Here's the actual mechanism behind each part — so you can see exactly how the money and time come back, before you run a single number.
Three parts, one job: make your AI cheaper, faster and consistent — without changing the tools you already use.
Sits between your team and the model — optimizing prompts and caching heavy documentation (a single library doc can be 726K tokens) so you fetch it once, not every call. Input is cheap; it cuts the expensive back-and-forth. Model- and IDE-agnostic.
A shared cloud brain storing bug fixes, working patterns and cached docs. When one person's AI learns something, everyone's AI benefits — so you stop paying to relearn.
Measures every token it saves, so your ROI lives on a dashboard — not a guess. It's also how we price fairly without ever touching your provider invoice.

It's why guaranteed savings and a claimed 90% aren't the same math — not even close.
Two kinds of savings. Real dollars off your provider bill — then the bigger prize, the hours your team gets back, shown as its own line so you see the full picture.
// illustrative pricing (Starter $49 · Team $39 · Enterprise $29 per seat/mo + $1,000 one-time setup) · AI-bill savings are direct dollars; time value is an estimate from your inputs
We measure every token you would have bought versus what you actually spent, on a live dashboard. If a month doesn't come out cheaper with CoreCerebrum, that month's per-seat fees are automatically credited — no claim, no forms. In practice our teams average 60–80% savings, so it's a promise we keep every time.
See the savings dashboard →Guarantee eligibility & terms. Available to teams with AI spend of at least $100/user per month on usage-/API-based billing, or Max-tier plans under sustained heavy usage. Savings are measured by the CoreCerebrum Savings Meter as reductions attributable to CoreCerebrum — savings beyond what your provider's standard features (including native prompt caching) already deliver — at your provider's published rates. On usage-based billing we guarantee a lower total attributable AI bill; on flat-rate Max plans we guarantee more measured output for the same spend. The guarantee applies to your current contract term and is re-baselined at each renewal; corePHP may adjust guarantee terms for new subscriptions as market pricing changes. Flat $20 consumer plans (Pro/Plus) do not qualify. The one-time setup fee is non-refundable.
From a five-person shop to a billion-dollar enterprise or a federal agency.

✓ Guaranteed cheaper — or that month's seat fees are FREE
Yes — a separate line item, because we don't resell tokens or touch your provider invoice. But that's the point: CoreCerebrum makes your provider bill drop by far more than we charge. A 10-person team on $2,500/mo pays their provider ~$1,000 and pays us $490 — a total of $1,490, still $1,010 less than before. Two smaller line items instead of one big one.
Caching (including the free kind built into Claude and ChatGPT) saves inside one person's session, for a few minutes, on repeats of the same text — then it expires. The CoreCerebrum Brain is different: it shares what your team's AI learns across every teammate, permanently, so solved work is never paid for twice. An "up to 90%" figure is typically a best-case estimate on a slice of one session; ours is a guaranteed floor on your whole team's bill — and we count only the savings we add on top of whatever caching you already have. We stack with caching; we don't compete with it.
Your monthly per-seat fee. If your dashboard doesn't show your total AI bill coming out cheaper with CoreCerebrum in a given month, that month's seat fees are automatically credited — no claim needed. The one-time $1,000 setup covers onboarding and isn't part of the monthly guarantee. Our measured average is 60–80%, so it's a promise we keep comfortably.
It's for teams spending at least $100/user per month on AI, billed either usage/API-based or on a heavily-used Max plan. We count the savings CoreCerebrum actually creates — the reductions beyond what your provider's free features (like native prompt caching) already give you — measured at your provider's published rates on your dashboard. On a flat Max plan (where the invoice is fixed) we instead measure the extra output you got for the same spend. The guarantee applies per contract term and is re-checked at each renewal, so it stays fair as model prices change. Flat $20 consumer plans (Pro/Plus) don't qualify.
The Savings Meter tracks every token processed and saved through the harness — so your savings show up on a live dashboard we control, no billing access required. You can even run a short baseline with caching off, then switch it on and watch the difference.
Honest answer: if you spend very little per user today, a flat seat fee may not pay for itself on the bill alone — but the time reclaimed almost always does. For lighter usage we also offer savings-share pricing, so you never pay more than you save. The calculator flags this automatically.
No. CoreCerebrum is model- and IDE-agnostic and connects to what you already use — Jira, GitLab, Confluence, Slack, Google Workspace, Outlook and more. Onboarding is a guided setup, not a rebuild.
Give us your numbers and we'll show you exactly what you'd save — usually within a day. No rip-and-replace, no long contract to start.
